We offer for your guests (up to 6 guests) the following services:

• A glass of wine for everyone after the ceremony



Important Notes 

• Wedding planner will contact with you by email a few days before your wedding day (in Chinese dialect) and pre wedding meeting 3 hours before your wedding ceremony at your hotel in order to discuss the details (in Chinese dialect). 
• For the marriage certificate ,we will take you to the offices of the Town Hall  where you will sign the legal marriage certificate. When we receive the two certified copies of your entry from the official book we will send them to you. Usually this process takes around 3-4 weeks following your wedding.
• We recommend you be here at least two days prior to the wedding in Santorini, and at least one working date after the wedding in order to make your final signature in the Town Hall.
• Wedding Documents, please note that without the correct documents the wedding cannot be performed!! But in the event that you've already done the marriage ceremony in your country you do not need any documents to bring with you.
• Starting Point: Pick up from your hotel
• Meeting Point : We will meet you in your hotel. Please declare your hotel  in the special box provided in the booking form


Duration

The Wedding Package duration is 10 Hours ( the same or and the next day)

From 1 March 2016 to 31 December 2017 but you should check the availability during the online booking process located at the top of the webpage

Price

• The price is 5040€ (Included VAT-Value Added Tax )  and concerns 2 to 8 persons ( the couple and 1-6 guests ). 

Cancellation Policy

Please see below our standard cancellation fees:
• 60-46 days prior to the wedding date, 10% of the total cost of the wedding package .
• 45-31 days prior to the wedding date, 30% of the total cost of the wedding package .
• 30-16 days prior to the wedding date, 50% of the total cost of the wedding package
• Less than 15 days prior to the wedding date, 100% of the total cost of the wedding package
• Please note that the wedding date and time is non refundable.
